Dra. Liliana Orozco

Director of COE

Dr. Liliana receives her title of Doctor in Dentistry from the Colegio Odontologico Colombiano in 1981.  She then dedicated for more than 9 years to dental teaching inside this same educational center in Bogotá, Colombia, where she became the leader of the academic office of the secretary.  Dr. Orozco then leaves to continue her Post-Doctoral studies in the Republic Argentina where in 1990 she receives the title of Doctor of Periodontology emitted by the Dental Association of Argentina.  Dr. Orozco has dedicated part of her life to the investigation of new surgical techniques and continued with teaching at university level.  Presently, she belongs to several world renowned groups pertaining to her specialty and is dedicated to managing Consultorios Odontologicos Especializados.


Dra. Nélida Lisset Ortiz Tahmuch

Dra. Nélida Lisset Ortiz Tahmuch
State of the Art Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Nélida Ortiz obtains her title in Surgical Dentistry from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.  She has received training in different areas of pediatric dentistry mainly in the management and application of knowledge in children 12 years of age or younger.  Dr. Ortiz dedicates her practice exclusively for children.  Within her professional activity, she performed as a professor at the National University of Dentistry.  Presently, Dr. Ortiz is dedicated exclusively to the practice of pediatric dentistry at Consultorios Odontologicos Especializados.


Dr. Carlos Ortiz

Dr. Carlos Miguel Ortiz Tahmuch
Doctor in Dental Surgery, Specialist in Periodontology.

Dr. Carlos Ortiz receives his title in  Doctor in Dental Surgery from the University of Panama in 1985.  He then leaves to the city and Buenos Aires, Argentina where he carries out his post doctoral degree in Periodontology during the years 1987 to 1991 completing simultaneously studies in odontological teachings and advanced investigation.  Dr. Ortiz continuously dictates conferences mainly at national and international levels. He has written various scientific articles on advances in dentistry and has designed surgical techniques used worldwide.  He was a Professor of Periodontology in the University of Buenos Aires, as well as of the Argentinean Dental Association and Latin American University of Panama.  He is a well known member of various groups dedicated to his specialty and occupied the title of President of the Panamanian Association of Periodontology from the years 2000 to 2002.
